Cecelia grew up and spent most of her life in beautiful upstate New York. After retiring and relocating to Maryland with her husband, she decided it was time to get back to her creative passions of painting and photography, getting back into nature and finding inspiration from her surroundings.  Cecelia uses only palette knives to create detailed oil paintings. Her photographs are captured with her collection of Nikon DSLR cameras. Her works are currently held in private collections in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, and the Carolinas. She has been an exhibitor in juried shows and competitions throughout the country, and maintains membership affiliations with multiple Art and Photography organizations.
